Advance Pay Option

If you are interested in our “Advance Pay” Option you will be responsible for:

A. Making the full payment before your scheduled hair appointment (in however big or small
monetary increments that you desire) and sending the screenshot to our store phone.

OR

B. Paying a portion of your total balance before your scheduled appointment (in however
big or small monetary increments that you desire) and sending the screenshot to our
phone, with the remaining balance being paid on the day of your style.
Both options require the standard non-refundable deposit to be paid.

Cancellation/Re-Schedule Policy for Advance Pay
1. If you decided to forgo your hair appointment and cancel ahead of time (cancel upwards
of 48 hours before your appointment) then you will get your full payment back MINUS
the non-refundable Deposit fee necessary to book your appointment.

2. If you decide to re-schedule your appointment or change the style (re-schedule/change upwards of 48 hours before your appointment) then you can use that money towards the new style or rescheduled date. If there is a difference in price, you will either pay the balance or receive a portion back of what was paid in order to equal the total of your new style. Please limit the amount of rescheduling you do as this affects our scheduling and braiders' time.
